Return Policy
- The goods once delivered cannot be returned.
- Fantastic Art Collections is not responsible for damage of goods after delivery. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be reported to customer service on the delivery date.
- Note:- Please make a video while opening a box otherwise customer will not get any replacement of breakage product during delivery.
- If the product is damaged we will provide replacement in 7-10 working days
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the cardholder.
- Refund of cancelled orders will be provided on source account within 7-10 working days
